Are hotels ok with Confetti Cannons

Times have changed, hotels use to complain when DJ's turned up to wedding receptions with Floor standing Confetti Cannons (they would shot confetti all over the function room) making alot of mess. These days all our DJ's use hand held Confetti Cannons (these are function room friendly) they are about the size of a large hair spray can. They work on compressed air, which has a coverage area of about 6 feet (making them much less messy). When we perform at wedding receptions we normally release two hand held cannons during the first dance.
