The Hotel is asking if you are insured and whether your equipment is PAT tested

Yes our mobile disco equipment is PAT tested and we carry insurance. A professional Engineer PAT tests all of our mobile disco equipment on a yearly basis and we carry a minimum of 2 million Public liability insurance designed for a DJ with a mobile disco. We have certificates for both the PAT tests and Public liability insurance, on request we can email photocopies of these certificates.
