Getting let down by a DJ |
Discos Online are always receiving calls saying that someone has been let down by their DJ’s, even on the day or week of their occasion. We are horrified hearing these stories. Discos Online will do all we can to provide a DJ or recommend other reliable mobile disco company.
The ways to avoid this happening to you is to make sure you get a booking contract from the mobile disco company or DJ that you hire. This should include date, times and services provided. If a DJ or disco company do not use a booking contract system, your booking is not safeguarded as you have only entered into a verbal agreement.
Don’t be persuaded by cheaper unprofessional discos that do not provide booking contracts.
